The idea of Eddie’s Retreat was born after Ron and Debbie Myers desired to create a secluded getaway for weddings and corporate/private events.  They are Christians and believe marriage is between a man and a woman. Eddie’s Retreat was named in honor of Debbie’s brother, Eddie, who died tragically in 1993. Eddie taught Debbie how crucial God and family are in one’s life. Eddie valued his wife, Elise, and his three children, Chip, Mollie, and Nickel, over anything else in his life.
